A rich and flavorful lasagna, perfect for family dinners.

Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- Lasagna sheets
- 800 g ground beef
- 1 liter red milk
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Salt to taste
- 1 batch of Muttisoos (tomato sauce)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- Approximately 5 tbsp green onions
- 300 g feta cheese (Apetina)
- Approximately 200 g mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Muttisoos according to the recipe.
2. Take the ground beef out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
3. Chop the green onions into thin slices and crush the garlic.
4. Sauté the green onions and garlic in butter, then add the ground beef and cook until browned.
5. Mix the cooked beef with the tomato sauce and let it simmer on low heat.
6. For the cheese sauce, bring the milk to a boil in a pot with the butter, crumble in the feta, and add the mozzarella and nutmeg. Taste and add salt if needed.
7. Grease a large baking dish. Start with a layer of the tomato-beef sauce, then cover with lasagna sheets.
8. Add another layer of the beef-tomato sauce followed by the cheese sauce, and cover with lasagna sheets again.
9. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese sauce on top and sprinkling mozzarella on the surface.
10. Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F). Bake the lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 175°C (about 350°F) and raise the dish slightly.
11. Bake for a total of about 45 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
12. Garnish the top with pea shoots and freshly chopped parsley before serving.
