A delicious smoked pork tenderloin served with a sweet plum sauce that adds wonderful flavor.

Ingredients:

- 600 g whole pork tenderloin
- Salt
- 2 tbsp apple jelly
- 2 dl chopped apple tree branches
- Pepper
- 2 sugar cubes
- 200 g domestic plums
- 2 dl alder wood chips (depending on the smoking device)
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

1. Clean the pork tenderloin and rub salt, pepper, and apple jelly on its surface.
2. Prepare the smoker: spread chopped apple tree branches and sugar cubes at the bottom.
3. Place the pork tenderloin in the smoker and add the alder wood chips.
4. Smoke the tenderloin for about 1 hour until it is cooked and juicy.
5. Meanwhile, peel and pit the plums. Place the plums in a saucepan with butter and honey.
6. Cook the plums over low heat until they soften and form a saucy consistency.
7. Serve the smoked pork tenderloin with the plum sauce.
