Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as spaghetti or fusilli)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain well.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2 minutes until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
