A tasty and filling dish featuring peppers stuffed with rice, ground meat, and spices. A great option for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:
- 4 large bell peppers (red or yellow)
- 300 g ground meat (beef or pork)
- 1 dl long-grain rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
2. Add the ground meat to the pan and brown it. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and oregano.
3. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and add it to the meat mixture. Stir well.
4. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Stuff the peppers with the rice and meat mixture.
5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour the crushed tomatoes over them.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, until the peppers are soft and the cheese is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
