A delicious smoked salmon spread perfect for serving on bread or as a dip.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small red onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp horseradish (optional)
- Bread for serving (such as rye or dark bread)

Instructions:

1. Crumble the smoked salmon into a bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, and seasonings.
3. Mix all the ingredients well until the mixture is smooth.
4. Gently fold in the chopped red onion and horseradish, if using.
5. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
6. Serve on top of bread or as a dip.
