Ingredients

- 500 g smoked cheese (e.g., Kippari)
- 100 g blue cheese
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp strong mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g radishes, chopped

Instructions

1. Cut the smoked cheese, blue cheese, radishes, and bell pepper into small pieces.
2. Add the pineapple chunks to the salad and mix the ingredients together.
3. Prepare the dressing by mixing the black pepper, sugar, sour cream, mustard, and lemon juice.
4. Combine the dressing with the salad and mix well.
5. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
