Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs - 2 dl cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard. Allow to cool, then peel and chop them finely. 2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
3. Gradually add the cream while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
4. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
5. Gently fold the chopped eggs into the sauce.
6. Serve the sauce immediately, ideally with smoked fish, and garnish with fresh parsley.
