A classic egg sauce, perfect as a side for new potatoes. This traditional dish brings the flavors of summer to your plate!
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Hard boil the eggs. Allow them to cool, then peel and chop into small pieces.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the flour and stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Gradually add the milk while stirring, until the sauce thickens.
4. Season the sauce with salt and white pepper.
5. Gently fold the chopped eggs into the sauce and mix well.
6. Serve warm alongside new potatoes and herring if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley.
