A delightful and refreshing sorbet, perfect for a summer treat or dessert. Preparation Time: 4 hours (including freezing)
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 oranges
- 30 tsp crushed pineapple
Instructions:
1. Peel the oranges and cut the segments into pieces.
2. Blend the crushed pineapple and orange pieces in a food processor or with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Add the sugar and egg whites to the mixture and blend for a little longer until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into serving molds and place them in the freezer.
5. Stir the mixture every hour until the sorbet is fully frozen.
