Ingredients
- 1 cup peas - 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 300 g wheat noodles (uncooked weight)
- 400 g boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Olive oil (extra-virgin)
- 1 large carrot
- 2 medium yellow bell peppers
- 1 large red bell pepper
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breast into finger-sized pieces. 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
3. Peel and slice the carrot thinly.
4. Rinse and chop the bell peppers.
5. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
7. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
8. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until fully cooked.
9. Add the carrot and bell peppers, stir-fry for a few more minutes.
10. Mix in the soy sauce, peas, and cooked noodles. Stir well and cook for a short while longer.
11. Serve warm.
