Ingredients:

- 200 g jasmine rice
- 10 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons fish sauce
- Cooking oil
- 600 g chicken breast fillets
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons Go-Tan Javanese Sate marinade
- Skewers

Instructions:

1. Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
2. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, cooking oil, coconut milk, and peanut butter.
3. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
5. Grill the skewers on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until they are cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve the skewers with jasmine rice and garnish with additional sweet chili sauce if desired.
