A delicious dish that combines chicken, a nutty peanut sauce, and spices, perfect for serving with naan bread or rice.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken meat
- 2.5 dl salted peanuts
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili
- 3 tsp ginger paste or grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp coconut milk
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions:

1. Finely chop or crush the salted peanuts.
2. Peel and mince the onion and garlic.
3. Clean the chili, remove seeds, and chop it finely.
4. Sauté the onions in oil for a few minutes.
5. Add the chili and cumin, stir for a moment.
6. Add coconut milk, crushed peanuts, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
7. Stir in the lime juice.
8. Cook the chicken until nearly done, then add it to the sauce.
9. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
10. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper if necessary.
