Description: These delicious chicken skewers are infused with coconut, chili, and lime, making them a perfect choice for grilling or summer gatherings.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl coconut milk
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1-2 chilies (to taste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips.
2. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing coconut milk, lime juice and zest, chopped chili, soy sauce, and honey.
3. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
4. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
5. After marinating, thread the chicken strips onto the skewers, placing them close together.
6. Grill the skewers on a hot grill for about 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and beautifully charred, turning them regularly.
7. Serve warm with rice or salad.
