Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs
- 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- A pinch of black pepper (ground)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the carrots and onion.
2. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown.
3. Add the chopped carrots and onion to the pan, and sauté for a moment.
4. Add the chicken bouillon cube and about 5 cups of water to the pan. Stir well.
5. Season with ground black pepper and let it simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve warm, for example with potatoes or rice.
