A fun and delicious way to enjoy iceberg lettuce boats topped with creamy blue cheese mayonnaise, crispy bacon, and a tangy vinegar dressing. Perfect as a side dish or a lighter main course. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce - 150 g blue cheese
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 100 g bacon
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into boats and rinse them in cold water. Allow to drain. 2. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
3. Prepare the blue cheese mayo by mixing the blue cheese and mayonnaise together. Season with salt and pepper.
4. In a bowl, combine the white wine vinegar and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Assemble the plates: place the iceberg lettuce boats on a dish, top with blue cheese mayo, crumbled bacon, and a drizzle of the vinegar dressing.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
