Ingredients:

- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 150 g ham or smoked salmon
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 100 g shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a greased pie dish.
3. Dice the bell pepper and onion into small cubes.
4. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the ham or salmon, bell pepper, and onion to the mixture. Stir well.
6. Pour the filling over the pie crust and smooth the top.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pie.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
