Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pan and sauté until soft.
3. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and add them to the pan. Cook until the chicken is done.
4. Dice the red bell pepper and zucchini. Add them to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
