Ingredients

- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chicken breast fillets to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest.
3. In the same pan, add chopped red onion and crushed garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add diced bell pepper and sliced zucchini, cooking for another 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
5. Stir in halved cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Sauté for a few more minutes.
6. Slice the chicken into strips and return it to the pan. Mix well.
7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and let it warm for a moment.
8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
