Salsa Verde is a delicious and fresh Italian sauce that pairs perfectly with meats, fish, or vegetables. This recipe is easy to make and adds flavor to many dishes. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: About 200 ml
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp black pepper - 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- 6 anchovies
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp capers
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the parsley, anchovies, capers, and garlic cloves. 2. Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add lemon juice and black pepper to the bowl.
4. Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
5. Slowly pour in the olive oil while stirring, until the sauce is smooth and emulsified.
Serve Salsa Verde with grilled meats or fish, or use it as a dip for vegetables.
