Description: A spicy and flavorful salsa perfect for dipping or as a topping for your favorite dishes.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Chili peppers
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1 cup water
- A pinch of salt
- (Optional) Crushed dried chilies sautéed in oil
Instructions:
1. Roast the tomatoes, chili peppers, onion, and garlic in an oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Allow the ingredients to cool.
3. In a food processor, combine the cooled ingredients, 1 cup of water, and a pinch of salt.
4. Blend the mixture until smooth.
5. If desired, add crushed dried chilies sautéed in oil before blending for extra heat.
