A deliciously spicy potato dish served with a fiery tomato sauce.

Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Salsa Brava:
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until they are slightly soft. Drain and let them cool.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potato cubes and fry until golden brown and crispy.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the salsa brava by mixing all the ingredients until smooth.
5. Serve the fried potatoes hot with salsa brava on the side.
