Deliciously sweet and salty brownies that perfectly combine flavors, ideal for afternoon tea!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 16 pieces

Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl salmiak powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- For decoration: salted caramel or salmiak candies

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the sugar, mixing well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
4. Stir in the all-purpose flour, salmiak powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is set but still slightly soft in the center.
7. Allow to cool before cutting. Optionally, decorate with salted caramel or salmiak candies.
