Ingredients:

- 1 package puff pastry
- 150 g diced salami
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- 200 g sun-dried tomato cream cheese
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares (approximately 10x10 cm).
3. Place the puff pastry squares into the cups of a muffin tin.
4. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes and mix with the diced salami and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Divide the filling among the centers of the puff pastry squares.
6. Pinch the corners of the pastry together to seal the pockets. You can secure them with a toothpick while baking if needed.
7. Brush the pockets with beaten egg.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
