Ingredients:

- 4 plaice fillets
- 300 g fresh spinach
- 200 g puff pastry
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into desired shapes.
2. Cook the spinach: Melt the butter in a pan and add the fresh spinach. Sauté until the spinach is slightly wilted. Stir in the cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Cook the plaice: Season the plaice fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place the fillets in a pan with a bit of butter and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through.
4. Assemble the plates: Place the cooked plaice on a serving plate. Top with the spinach mixture and place the puff pastry sculpture next to the fish.
5. Garnish and serve: Decorate the dish with fresh dill if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
