Ingredients:

- Gravlax
- Rosemary ham
- Karelian pastries
- 2 dl (about 1 cup) pudding rice
- 5 dl (about 2 cups) water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 dl (about 1 cup) rye flour
- 1 1/2 dl (about 2/3 cup) wheat flour
- 1 dl (about 1/2 cup) water
- 1/2 dl (about 1/4 cup) butter
- Butter for serving
- Egg butter (3 boiled eggs, 100 g butter, 1/2 tsp salt)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the rice for the Karelian pastries by cooking the pudding rice in water with salt until the rice is soft and the water has evaporated. Let it cool.
2. Make the dough by mixing the rye and wheat flour, adding water and melted butter. Knead until the dough is smooth.
3. Roll the dough thin and cut it into round discs. Place a spoonful of rice on each disc and fold the edges.
4. Bake the Karelian pastries in a preheated oven at 225 °C (437 °F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Serve the gravlax and rosemary ham on a platter. Add the Karelian pastries topped with egg butter.
