Ingredients:

- 200 g reindeer or game meat slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Fresh arugula leaves
- Nuts (e.g., walnuts)

Instructions:

1. Place the reindeer slices on a plate and use plastic wrap to gently roll them into thin slices.
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the reindeer slices.
4. Peel and thinly slice the Parmesan cheese.
