Ingredients:
- 1 kg fingerling potatoes - 300 g smoked reindeer meat, crumbled
- 0.5 leek, chopped
- 1 tub (100 g) cream cheese, preferably herb-flavored
- Butter for frying
- Seasonings to taste (e.g., salt, pepper, parsley)
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the fingerling potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash the potatoes.2. Chop the leek and sauté it in butter in a frying pan until soft.
3. Add the crumbled smoked reindeer to the pan and fry briefly until warmed through.
4. Mix the mashed potatoes, sautéed leek, and reindeer together. Add the cream cheese and stir until well combined.
5. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and parsley to taste.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
