A delicious reindeer and pickle filling that makes a perfect accompaniment to traditional blinis. Combine flavorful ingredients and serve alongside beetroot-feta mousse or smoked fish mousse. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 200 g cooked or pan-fried reindeer meat - 100 g pickles
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the reindeer meat and pickles. 2. In a bowl, combine the reindeer meat, pickles, cream cheese, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
3. Season the mixture with black pepper and mix well.
4. Allow the filling to chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
5. Serve with blinis and garnish with fresh dill.
