A delicious pasta dish that combines spaghetti, smoked reindeer, and flavorful onions, creating a rich and nourishing meal. It's quick and easy to make, perfect for both everyday dining and special occasions.

Ingredients:

- 500 g spaghetti
- 2 l water
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dl cream
- 200 g Creme Bonjour Smoked Reindeer cream cheese
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 g cold-smoked reindeer meat
- Black pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring water and salt to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for half the time indicated on the package. Drain the pasta in a colander.
2. Chop the onions. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onions. Reduce heat and sauté the onions for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the Creme Bonjour Smoked Reindeer cream cheese to the pan and let it melt. Pour in the cream and allow the mixture to simmer for a moment.
4. Stir in the soy sauce and add black pepper to taste.
5. Chop the cold-smoked reindeer meat and add it to the pan. Simmer for a short while.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
7. Serve the pasta on plates, garnished with slices of cold-smoked reindeer and chives.
