A tasty reindeer pasta that combines sautéed reindeer with delicious mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weekday dinner!

Ingredients

- 400 g penne pasta
- 3 tbsp veal stock
- 3 tbsp white sauce thickener
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1-2 cans three-cheese cooking cream
- 1-2 dl water
- 2 tbsp lingonberry jam
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 package frozen sautéed reindeer
- 200 g fresh mushrooms

Instructions

1. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
2. Sauté the reindeer according to the package instructions. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
3. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta.
4. Add the veal stock, cooking cream, and water to the sautéed reindeer and mushroom mixture. Stir well.
5. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, lingonberry jam, and mustard. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
6. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and serve.
