Ingredients:
- 12 fresh dates - 100 g milk chocolate
- 50 g pistachios (chopped)
- A pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the dates and carefully slice them open to remove the pits. 2. Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
3. Place the chopped pistachios on a plate.
4. Dip each date into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
5. Roll the chocolate-coated dates in the pistachios until they are evenly covered.
6. Place the finished dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
