Ingredients:
- 400 g German sausage (e.g., bratwurst)
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 4 dl chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Finely chop the onion.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the sausages to the pot and cook until they are lightly browned.
4. Stir in the potatoes and carrots, mixing well.
5. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
6. Allow the stew to simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
