A colorful and flavorful salad made with fresh seasonal vegetables. Perfect as a side dish or a light meal.

Ingredients:

- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 150 g salad mix (e.g., arugula and iceberg lettuce)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives (e.g., black or green)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
2. Peel and slice the cucumber.
3. Wash and dice the bell peppers.
4. Peel and slice the red onion.
5. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
6. Add the salad mix and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
7. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together, seasoning with salt and pepper.
8. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
9. Add the olives and serve immediately.
