A delicious and hearty bread perfect for breakfast or a snack. This recipe is easy to make and packed with nutrients from wheat bran and flakes. Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water - 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup wheat bran
- 1 cup wheat flakes
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup raisins
Instructions
1. Warm the water until it's lukewarm and dissolve the dry yeast, sugar, and salt in it. 2. Add the wheat bran and wheat flakes, mixing well.
3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture and knead until the dough is elastic and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
4. Incorporate the raisins into the dough and knead until they are evenly distributed.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
6. Grease a loaf pan and pour the dough into it. Let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
7. Bake the bread at 400°F (200°C) for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
