Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate (dark or milk)
- 100 g nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts)

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until fluffy.
3. Add the melted butter and mix well.
4. Combine flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, and sift them into the batter. Mix until smooth.
5. Chop the chocolate and nuts, then fold them into the batter gently.
6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let it cool before serving.
