Ingredients:

- 200 g crushed digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g grated cheese (such as cheddar or emmental)
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
3. Bake the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes until slightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
4. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour the filling over the biscuit crust and smooth the top.
6. Bake the pie in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and the top is slightly golden.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Serve with a fresh salad.
