A delicious and nutritious feta bean salad that combines fresh vegetables, protein-rich beans, and tasty feta cheese. A great choice for a light lunch or as a side dish. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bulgarian yogurt - 1 package Apetina feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 can brown beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
Instructions:
1. Shred the iceberg lettuce and place it in a large serving bowl.2. Chop the parsley finely and add it to the salad.
3. Dice the red bell pepper and add it to the salad.
4. Drain the brown beans and sweet corn, and mix them into the salad.
5. Add the yogurt, feta cheese, pine nuts, lime or lemon juice, and crushed garlic to the salad.
6. Season with black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
