Ruis Pasta Bake

A delicious and nutritious dish combining rye pasta, ground meat, and vegetables. Perfect for a weekend dinner. Preparation time: 45 minutes
Serving size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef and pork - 3 zucchinis
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 beef broth cubes
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 onion
- 0.5 l milk
- water
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 4 dl rye pasta
Instructions:
1. Cook the rye pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until almost tender. Drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, lightly brown the ground meat. Add chopped onion and sliced zucchini, and cook until the vegetables are soft.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ground black pepper, salt, and beef broth cubes.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the meat and vegetable mixture, then add the dried basil. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the pasta.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the bake is set.
