Rye Blueberry Crumble with Ice Cream

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rye flour
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 dl blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Valio Blueberry-Rye Ice Cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the rye flour, rolled oats, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add melted butter and stir until the mixture becomes crumbly.
4. Spread the blueberries evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the blueberries.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with Valio Blueberry-Rye Ice Cream.
