- 165 ml coconut milk (light)
- Water (total of 5 dl liquid)
Instructions:
1. Measure the coconut milk and water so that the total liquid is 5 dl.
2. Pour the liquid into a saucepan and heat until boiling.
3. Add the rye flakes to the boiling liquid.
4. Cook the rye flakes according to the package instructions, until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
5. Optionally, you can add salt to taste.
