A delicious chia seed pudding combining fresh blueberries, creamy coconut yogurt, and nut butter for a perfect flavor experience. Great as a healthy breakfast or snack. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (organic)
- 1 dl cold water
- 1 dl Alpro coconut yogurt (Natural with Coconut)
- Stevia to taste
- Blueberries
- Nut butter (organic)
- Coconut flakes
Instructions:
1. Measure chia seeds into a bowl and mix with cold water.
2. Stir the mixture until the seeds become gelatinous.
3. Add the coconut yogurt, stevia, and coconut flakes, mixing well.
4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish.
5. Top the pudding with blueberries and nut butter.
6. Enjoy immediately!
