Blueberry Muffins

Delicious and moist blueberry muffins, perfect for a snack or dessert. Preparation time is about 30 minutes. Serves 12.Ingredients:
- 250 g all-purpose flour - 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 200 g fresh blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
6. Divide the batter into a muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
