Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli) - 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some of the cooking water.2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked pasta, feta cheese, and a little reserved pasta water if needed. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
6. Mix all ingredients well and heat for a moment longer.
7. Serve the pasta garnished with basil.
