Ingredients:
- 400 g potatoes - 200 g carrots
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 150 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until soft. 2. Drain the cooked vegetables and mash them in a bowl.
3. Add cream, butter, salt, and black pepper to the mashed vegetables. Mix well.
4. Boil the eggs until hard (about 10 minutes), then peel and slice them.
5. Stir the peas into the mashed vegetables and add more cream if desired.
6. Serve the vegetable mixture topped with slices of boiled eggs and garnish with fresh dill.
