Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh shrimp
- 300 g mussels
- 200 g squid, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mussels thoroughly in cold water and remove any beards.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until lightly golden.
3. Add the shrimp and sliced squid to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are cooked through.
4. Add the mussels and squeeze the lemon juice into the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels open.
6. Grate the lemon zest and sprinkle it along with fresh parsley over the servings before serving.
