Ingredients:

- 500 g tiger prawn tails
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
2. Chop the red onion, garlic, and red bell pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pot or dish over medium heat. Add the onions and bell pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the potato slices to the pot and mix well.
5. Season the potatoes with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir the ingredients evenly.
6. Place the tiger prawn tails on top of the potatoes and drizzle with a little more olive oil if needed.
7. Cover the pot with a lid or foil and bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
8. Remove the pot from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
