Delicious snacks for a summer picnic. Quick and easy to prepare, perfect for enjoying outdoors in the sun.

Ingredients:

- 4 whole grain breads
- 200 g hummus
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 g mixed salad greens
- 1 avocado
- 1 dl nuts
- 4 apples or any other fruit
- 1 liter sparkling water

Instructions:

1. Prepare the breads: Spread hummus on top of each slice of whole grain bread.
2. Slice the cucumber, tomato, and avocado. Layer the slices on top of the hummus.
3. Crumble feta cheese over the layered vegetables.
4. Add mixed salad greens on top of the feta.
5. Slice the apples and place them in a separate container.
6. Pack the nuts into small containers.
7. Fill a water bottle with sparkling water.
8. Pack all the snacks for a picnic-style outing.
