A light and refreshing mousse cake featuring a nut base and delicious strawberry filling. This easy-to-make dessert is sure to impress!
Preparation Time: 30 min + chilling (at least 6 h)
Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- Base:
- 50 g Exotic Snacks pecans
- 50 g Exotic Snacks cashews
- 50 g butter
- Filling:
- 6 gelatin sheets
- 250 ml whipped vanilla cream
- 200 g plain cream cheese
- 300 g (frozen) strawberries, pureed
- 50-100 g sugar (to taste)
- 75 ml strawberry juice or water
- Decoration:
- Fresh strawberries
- Exotic Snacks cashews
- Exotic Snacks pecans
- Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

1. Crush the pecans and cashews and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Whip the vanilla cream until fluffy, then add the cream cheese. Mix in the strawberry puree and sweeten to taste.
3. Heat the strawberry juice or water until boiling and dissolve the gelatin sheets in it. Pour the gelatin mixture into the cream mixture while stirring with an electric mixer.
4. Pour the filling over the nut base and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
5. Before serving, decorate the cake with fresh strawberries, crushed nuts, and mint leaves.
