A delicious and nutritious snack perfect for enjoying with coffee. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 10 bites
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons yogurt - 2 eggs
- 1 dl almond flour
- ½ dl nut flour
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 2 tablespoons chopped sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and eggs together until well combined.
3. Add the almond flour, nut flour, oats, sunflower seeds, honey, salt, and baking powder. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
