These delicious nut and cheese balls are a perfect snack or appetizer. They combine the creaminess of goat cheese with the crunch of nuts. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 10-12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g French goat cheese - 50 g plain cream cheese
- 50 g finely chopped smoked ham
- 1 bunch finely chopped parsley
- 100 g chopped nuts
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth. 2. Add the finely chopped smoked ham and parsley to the mixture and combine well.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
4. Roll the balls in the chopped nuts until they are fully coated.
5. Place the finished cheese balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
6. Serve as a snack or appetizer.
